The nurses were fantastic, patient, informative and empathising, it made the procedure go by quickly and with let me understanding the issues and the solution. I am particularly grateful Theresa, Jose, Diago, and Majeed and Avia. I am grateful waiting can be improved.

The lady allocated to my care was calm, collected and professional.
She took care inserting the needle into the main and answered all my questions.
After care was good are I feel happy with everything and appreciate all the efforts of the team.
